Myofascial Release & Sports Therapy

“The Butterfly Effect”

The fascial system is the third largest system in the human body.
It covers the entire body, muscles, bones, internal organs, and nerve fibres.
It connects all the organs to form a complete and interconnected network structure.
Fascia wraps around your body parts like a tight full-body suit, supporting the entire body and acting as a medium of myofascial force transmission.
Severe pain may occur when the fascia becomes inelastic due to injury or poor posture.
Myofascial Release identifies and targets unwell fascia in different locations.
Use unique manipulation techniques to release fascia, regain mobility and relieve pain.

Craniosacral Therapy

“Regulating Yin and Yang
Harmonizing Body and Mind”

I-ChingTouch Therapy (ICTT), or craniosacral therapy, is a non-invasive natural therapy.
ICTT combines various manual therapy techniques, such as craniosacral therapy and integrative manual therapies, based on the I-Ching and Traditional Chinese Medicine theory.

Humans have different biological rhythms, such as heartbeats and pulses, in each body part.
If the human body is unwell, the biological rhythm will become irregular.
The human body can restore its healthy state by listening to and adjusting the biological rhythms with gentle hand touches.

Open up human body space, release toxic wastes and emotions
Coordinate organs to cooperate, activate and regenerate cells

Rehabilitation Exercises

“Exercise is the best medicine”

Rehabilitation exercises are customized for pain caused by weak or injured muscles.
The goal is to regain muscle strength, endurance, and power,
eliminate pain and improve mobility.

Each rehabilitation exercise is tailor-made. Muscle strength tests identify muscle imbalances, and then exercises are designed to target the specific muscle group by strengthening it using resistance bands, body weight, or equipment.
We provide our customers with comprehensive counselling and sports knowledge to relieve pain.

Rest is not the answer
Exercise is the ultimate key
