Stick Mobility Stretching

Stick Mobility provides leverage to stretch the underlying deep fascia, combined with isometric strength training, to improve joint flexibility, stability, and core muscle strength simultaneously.

All exercises and movements are designed for the fascial lines in the human body and ensure that all fascial lines are involved and activated.

Stick Mobility Strengthing

Stick Mobility Strengthening is more advanced than Stick Mobility Stretching. You will learn strengthening exercises using Stick, which is designed based on fascial lines.

Stick Mobility Strengthening can be more effective in activating core strength than traditional muscle strengthening exercises. It can even make limbs stronger, improving body coordination and whole-body strength.
